Shawn Thorsson, of Petaluma, CA made a whole freaking army, or at least a squad, of Red vs. Blue Master Chief costumes.

“Of all the ideas that came up, the one that struck a chord with me was the idea of building a suit of Halo armor, making a mold, casting a few copies, painting them different colors, and going out dressed as the characters from Red vs. Blue”, Mark says.
